Exchanges and Returns

Please note that to be eligible for a return, all garment tags must be intact, items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. The return will not be accepted if any items are received without garment tags or are used.

We do not charge for returns, however, the item is your responsibility until we receive it, please ensure the parcel is sent through a reliable service for your own protection. If we do not receive the item, we will not issue a refund.

 

Refund

We will issue the refund once we receive the parcel and approved the condition of items received. Payment will be refunded via your original payment method, please allow approximately 10 working days to get the refund. Sorry for any inconvenience
